What we collect

  • Enquiries: name, email, optional phone and message — only when you submit a form and tick consent. Used solely to reply.
  • Optional analytics: page views, QR scans, campaign source (UTM) and a per-tab random session ID — only if you accept analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
  • Essential storage: your consent choice and, for staff, a sign-in session.
  • AI questions: questions you type are sent to an AI provider together with the public listing data to generate an answer. Don't include personal details.

Vehicle documents

Evidence files (service invoices, inspection reports) are stored privately and visible only to authorised staff. Full VINs and registration plates are not shown publicly.
